How do i change the memory bus speed on my dell optiplex 170l? The CPU is an Intel Celeron 2.4GHz. The mother board processor speed is 400MHz and the Bios indicates a memory bus speed of 266MHz and does not seem to have an adjustable option. If the CPU can run at 400MHz then why can't I get the memory bus to run at 400MHz?
