Having problems with your Dell Inspiron 1545 Notebook ?

I purchased a dell inspiron 1545 in september and now it wont boot up I have ran a diagnostic test got the preboot assesment as 2000-0146 Help what do I do

You can call Dell Technical Support, (Or Online Chat, or Email), and tell them of your issues.

More than likely they'll want you to do a Dell PC Restore, or a Dell Factory Image Restore.

BE ADVISED, that if you have ANY downloaded programs, or applications, that you downloaded, or installed by you, they will be GONE!

If you have any personal documents you have created, (Pictures, videos, music, MS Office documents), they will be GONE!

If it wasn't there when it came from the factory, it will be gone.

Are you referring to September of this year? You may also want to look into your warranty.
