Having problems with your Dell E173FP 17" LCD Monitor ?

Is there an easy way to open this monitor?

\015 I need to open up this dell 1704FPT monitor but can only get the sides to "pop" open. The four corners seem to be intent on not coming apart. If anyone can lend some advice that would be great. Thanks in advance!\015

The notches are actually at the bottom edge of the monitor between the black back panel and the silver edge strip. Front panel and silver edge are a screwed together unit.
