\015\012Seems like your pc has hung up somewhere alone the line. if you are tech savvy, open your pc and reset the CMOS jumpers for about 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, reposition the jumper back to the original position and reboot your pc. This should allow you to enter BIOS and safe mode if needed.

\015\012As soon as your PC turns on, begin tapping F8 repeatedly and then select the SAFE MODE boot when prompted
