\015 Just upgraded my xp to service pack 3. Now I am trying to access system restore point but it is not giving me that options anymore. Also the sound on pc is gone. Maybe someone can help me restoring my PC from the previous state. The restore point is not available to be access anymore. Help please.\015

It sounds like you're SP3 installation is corrupt. Go to start > control panel > add/remove programs > uninstall SP3. See if you can do a restore point then. If so, re-install SP3.
