Having problems with your Dell A525 Computer Speakers ?

My right speaker seems louder than my left speaker

\015 When i play music online or watch videos or anything that has to do with sounds the left speaker seems lower than the right one and theirs always this staticy sound that comes from the left speaker. Its been going on for a ehile now and i dont know whats going on. HELP!! thanks!!\015
