I dont have the box or Warranty info and I have had these since december. Please Help

Answers :

This a problem with the loose connectin in the jack i think the soldering has gone off or there is a breakage in the wires if it is still under warranty then i suggest u take it to the service guys
\015\012else just cut the wire a lil away from the jack and get a new jack soldered n things would be back to normal u can get this done in any radio shack nearby
That sounds to make like a break in the line, depending on how much you know, it would be possible to find the bad section and cut it out of the wire in the process known as "wire splicing"
Solution #1.
What you will need:
x1 Wire Nut - (splice wire cap)
x1 Wire Stripper - (optional - but recommended)
To do this, you would need to first find the bad section. This can be accomplished by having the speakers plugged in and putting pressure down on the wire until the speakers output increases. The area where the speakers pick up is where the break is, now you need to cut about 1/2 an inch to both sides of the bad area and then you need to peel the insulation off, or strip it off with wire strippers if you have the right size. After the wires are stripped you will need to place a wire nut on them. (Also known as "splice wire caps") This is done by placing both wires inside of it and twisiting the cap down. This insures that the wires touch each other.
I actually found a guide online for this if you'd like to take a look click here
In that guide, they patched it up by soldering it and using electrical tape, if you have a soldering gun then I would recommend that, but if you don't they can be expensive.

If this did not solve your problem please leave a comment and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
