Having problems with your Compaq Presario M2000 Notebook ?

\015 About a month ago i suddenly discovered these vertical lines on my screen. there was only one initially, red in colour and then the next day i noticed another one green in colour. i have no idea whatsoever as to what has caused this. i would be very grateful if i could get some help.\015\012thank you.\015

Hi, the fault could be cause by a number of things, the Lcd harness cable maybe loose or faulty or even a mainboard issue, but it sounds like the matrix (circuitry)of the LCD is on it's way out.
