1. you can open the laptop case, till you see the processor, put some silicon on top. Clean the fan & heatsink .

2. you can use your laptop in a cool room.

3. buy a laptop cooling pad.

4. make sure nothing blocking the airway under or on side of your laptop.

5. make sure its not overclock.
I think air ventilation is not occuring properly. \015\0121. try to clean cpu cooler fan.\015\0122. dont use the laptop on bed directly, if u like to use on bed use a laptop cooling pad.
