I sorted this by going into the Control Panel/Mouse properties/Tapping and tick the Tap off when typing or disabled tapping all together.
I have this issue all the time... most likely what is happening is that you are hitting the mousepad with your wrist when typing. You might want to try an external mouse and use the hotkey to shut off the built in touchpad ( Fn + F7)
