\015\012\011\011\0111. Click on Start then Control Panel.
\015\012\011\015\012\011\011\0112. If control panel is set at \015\012\011\011\011Classic View, then double-click on the Display icon which is \015\012\011\011\011shown below:
\015\012\011\015\012\011\011\011Then go to Step 3.
\015\012\011\015\012\011\011\011Click on Appearance and Themes \015\012\011\011\011and then click on Display.
\015\012\011\015\012\011\011\011\015\012\011\011\0113. A box will pop up. Click on the Settings tab.
\015\012\011\015\012\011\011\011\015\012\011\011\0114. Click on Advanced.
\015\012\011\015\012\011\011\011Change \015\012\011\011\011the DPI setting to Normal size (96 DPI). If you have the value \015\012\011\011\011set on anything else, text on the HUD-1 will look jumbled on the \015\012\011\011\011screen.
\015\012\011\015\012\011\011\011\015\012\011\011\011Click\015\012\011\011\011OK and \015\012\011\011\011your computer will ask you to reboot your computer. Click\015\012\011\011\011Yes.
Right click on the desktop --> properties --> display --> advanced --> alter the DPI to regular which i think is 96 dpi

Also there is a setting under one of the other tabs ( near display ) where you can alter icon size afaik
