My touchpad cursor on my laptop will starts clicking things...

\015 My touchpad on my laptop controls my cursor perfectly fine. But out of the blue it starts automaticlly clicking whatever the cursor is on and hardly moves around the screen, when i move my finger to move it, it moves slightly. This problem is solved as soon as i take my charger wire out of the laptop? It doesnt do it then. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!\015

The mouse pointer on my HP nc6320 jumps around intermittently and is very difficult to control. This problem only occurs when the laptop is fully charged and is running off the battery.
