Removing front case fan from x blade

\015 Hi ,i want to remove my front fan from inside my x blade case to replace with a better one but i cant see any way without botching my case .Also my front led light behind case logo badge sometimes flickers on sometimes never on and is sometimes low in light. Is this a l.e.d. problem as i replaced with a nice 750 watt psu thinking it may be a power shortage .Does anyone know what kind of led lights go in the badge assembly grill on front of case too or have any better ideas for lighting in front grill. maybe a knightrider type led light :D any help would be mucho appreciated p.s. after reading a bit about these cases ive noticed there is a few types out there mine doesnt have screwless design for drives etc ,or a tray for mobo \015
