I am getting the stop 0x0000c1f5 and I have no way to get the computer to start. It comes to blue screen and will not go past. It tells me to press F8 and go to the safe mode but it goes back to the blue screen and no further. I have access to my laptop which is a 64 bit and the HP is only a 32
