Having problems with your PC Desktops ?

I have homebuilt PC that will not boot. When I press the power button the CPU fan spins up, mother board lights, HD's spin up, etc. However, I do not get any display to the monitors (no BIOS self test, nothing) and I do not hear the HD loading the OS, but they are running. I just replaced the Power Supply. I just returned from deployment and the computer worked fine when I shut it down and packed it up 7 months ago. I have cleared the CMOS and removed the coin battery for an extended period of t

Press F2 at bootup to enter BIOS. Reset everything as if it a brand new computer. Sitting idle for sevenmonths any computer could have gone dead. Reset HDD, bootup sequence, keyboard etc etc. everything.
