Having problems with your PC Desktops ?
I have just installed an ati radeon x800xt graphics card. system is 3 ghz p4, 400 watt power supply. I have plugged power in but fan is not working
When you are running low wattage power supplies, sometimes you need power from 2 locations within that power supply, Ie make sure you get 2 cables that are seperate from each other but still part of the same psu, which plug into your graphics card. Always work with a static wrist strap, you could of fried your graphics card. I'd say it's probably inserted into your motherboard, you just need power from the psu as well as motherboard to power this card.
